F&N Worldwide Removals is committed to quality and every member of staff is focused on providing the best service and value for money.
As members of the British Association of Removers we are required to meet the BS EN 12522 Quality Standard – and we are happy to comply. An independent auditor visits us once a year to make sure we are up to scratch.
All our customers are asked to complete a “Nobody’s Perfect” satisfaction form. These forms are recorded and tabulated so we can keep an eye on any slippage in our service levels.
In addition to the “Nobody’s Perfect” forms we are happy to receive emails and letters about our customers – all such communications are kept in our reception area for customers to read. The suggestions and ideas are reviewed and taken on board at our monthly management review meetings.
